DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT AND PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

BUYER
The real or legal person who purchases digital content through the website.
- SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital content purchased electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
- PRODUCT AND DELIVERY
The products offered for sale consist exclusively of digital content, including but not limited to:
- e-books
- online courses
- recorded lectures
- academic digital materials
Delivery is performed electronically, by granting access to the content immediately after successful payment.
No physical shipment is involved.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and relevant consumer protection legislation:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied electronically and performed instantly.
By completing the purchase, the BUYER expressly acknowledges and accepts that the performance begins immediately and that no right of withdrawal exists.
- REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Due to the nature of digital content, no cancellation, refund, or return is possible after access has been granted.
In the event of a technical access issue, the SELLER is responsible for restoring access but is not obliged to issue a refund.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights related to the digital content belong exclusively to the SELLER.
The purchased content is licensed to the BUYER for personal and academic use only and may not be copied, distributed, shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data of the BUYER is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and relevant national regulations.
Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice published on the website.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction, where applicable.
- EFFECTIVE DATE
By completing the purchase electronically, the BUYER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force at the moment of successful payment.
PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain the principles and procedures regarding the processing of personal data of users by EUCHEMBIOJ Publishing Platform (“Platform”) in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), relevant regulations, and banking security standards.

DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Scope

- Delivery Terms
2.1. All products offered on the Platform are digital content.
No physical shipment, delivery, or postal service is provided.
2.2. Delivery is performed electronically by:
- granting access through the user account,
- providing a download link, or
- enabling online platform access,
following the successful completion of payment.
2.3. Access to digital content is generally provided immediately.
In the event of a technical delay, access will be granted as soon as reasonably possible.
- Cancellation Terms
3.1. The purchase transaction may be cancelled before payment is completed.
3.2. Once payment has been successfully completed and access to the digital content has been granted, cancellation of the order is not possible.
- Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
4.1. Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and applicable consumer protection legislation:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun immediately.
4.2. Accordingly:
- No right of withdrawal exists for digital products,
- No refunds or returns are provided.
4.3. By completing the purchase, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts these conditions prior to payment.
- Technical Issues and Access Problems
5.1. In the event that access to digital content cannot be provided due to a technical issue not caused by the user, the Platform is responsible for:
- restoring access, or
- resolving the technical issue.
5.2. The resolution of technical issues does not give rise to any refund or reimbursement right.
- Payment Security
6.1. Payment transactions are processed through Akbank Virtual POS and related secure banking infrastructures.
6.2. Credit card and debit card details are not recorded, stored, or processed by the Platform.
- Incorrect Purchases and User Errors
7.1. The following circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund:
- incorrect product selection by the user,
- dissatisfaction based on personal expectations,
- changes in personal preference after purchase.

This policy has been prepared in accordance with:
- the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502,
- the Distance Contracts Regulation,
- and applicable secondary legislation.
